Annual Community Egg Hunt

Kaiden always goes to the community egg hunt. This year, he saw a bunch of his school friends there. Kaiden had quite the strategy. While all of the other kids walked past eggs to get to the center where the most eggs were, Kaiden walked around the edge where there was no one and ended up with a ton of eggs.

Kaiden had a toy bin with a shark head on it. He wouldn't play in his playroom because he was scared of it. So, we detached the head from the body and suddenly the shark was not so scary anymore!

Update

Ok, for those that have been checking in here and seeing nothing, just know I will add soon. We found out I was pregnant in January and since then have been pretty sick between the nausea and the migraines. I've just started having more good days than bad so my hope is to update very soon. I want to get some of the ultrasound pics scanned so that I can post those, too.

So stayed tuned, there will be a lot of updates soon.

Oh, and yesterday, Kaiden decided to let me know that since I am pregnant, it looks like I have 3 boobs! LOL.

Roller Skating

I just got back from taking Kaiden for his 1st time of roller skating. When we first got there he started to cry that he didn't want to do it. I managed to get his skates on and I walked around with him 1 or 2 times. After that, he said go to the side mom. This made me nervous because let's face it, he sucked at roller skating. But I did as I was instructed and he did great! Of course he fell a lot but he got right back up and kept going. He had a blast!

Kaiden's 1st lost tooth!

Kaiden has had a loose tooth. On Saturday, Jon was brushing his teeth. Kaiden told him not to touch that tooth but he had to brush them. Well, when he did the tooth came right out at 4 yrs and 5 months old! Kaiden immediately got freaked out and started crying. We talked to him about it and how he will get another big boy tooth and he then decided it was ok. Plus, he got to put it under his pillow.
He was so excited the next day when he got his money. I asked him what he wanted to do with it and he said save it. Yay! He decided he wanted to save it! So we put it in his piggy (or should I say) turtle bank.
